I would be honoured to support you and/or your loved ones on a journey toward healing and wellness.
I am a trauma-informed therapist with a practice that is grounded in a person-centred and strength-based approach. I have a calm, non-judgemental, and culturally safe approach to the therapeutic process. I seek a deeper understanding of your values, beliefs, strengths, and resources and collaborate to determine a meaningful, goal-oriented treatment plan.
I have extensive experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with a wide range of concerns, including trauma/PTSD, intergenerational trauma, neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, FASD), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, suicidality/self-harm, relationship issues, gender and sexuality, and behavioural concerns.
I have a Master of Arts in Religion and Culture and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I come to you with 20 years of experience in the fields of neurodevelopment and mental health, with the past 4 years focused on providing psychotherapeutic services.
